What is Kontakio?+
Kontakio is live chat software for websites and messengers. Website messages, Telegram chats and callback requests come into one inbox, and the built-in CRM keeps customers, deals and tasks.
How do I add live chat to my website?+
After signing up, copy one line of code from the dashboard and paste it before the closing </body> tag. It works with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Tilda and any custom website.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. All features are free for the first 7 days and no credit card is required. Then choose a paid plan in the dashboard.
How do I connect Telegram?+
Create a bot with @BotFather, copy its token and paste it in the dashboard under Settings → Channels. Messages to the bot appear in the shared inbox right away.
Can I reply to customers from my phone?+
Yes. Turn on Telegram alerts — every new message arrives as a notification you can reply to right in Telegram. The dashboard also works in a mobile browser.
How much does Kontakio cost?+
The price depends on the plan and is charged per agent per month. See the current prices in the Pricing section above. No hidden fees, cancel anytime.
Which languages does the widget support?+
English, Russian, Tajik, Uzbek, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Persian and Arabic. The widget detects the visitor's language and supports right-to-left text for Arabic and Persian.
When will WhatsApp and Instagram be available?+
WhatsApp Business and Instagram Direct are in development. Sign up and we will let you know as soon as they are live.
Is my data secure?+
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored as hashes and access to conversations is role-based. The account owner can export or delete all data in the dashboard.
